区域销售经理

岗位职责:

1、收集、整理、分析市政水处理项目的相关信息,包括:

-- Municipal water treatment and waste water treatment 市政水处理与污水处理项目

-- Municipal sludge 市政污泥

-- O&M/BOT 运营/BOT

-- Overseas projects 海外项目

 

2、Collect, sort out and analyze information on competitors in(and not limited to) assigned regions

收集、整理、分析所在区域(但不局限于该区域)的竞争对手的相关信息

 

3、Identify potential project opportunities and secure target projects

识别潜在项目机会、锁定目标项目

 

4、Follow through targeted projects and ensure closing of the contracts

能够长期追踪目标项目,协助区域总监完成项目签单

 

5、Establish and keep good relationships with Municipal Administration Department, key contact persons in the responsible region

与水务管理局和相关机构保持良好关系

 

Qualifications Required:

 

1、Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in environment engineering or relatedis a plus

本科及以上学历,工科背景,环境工程/水处理相关专业为加分项

 

2、Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, with solid sales experience and proved performance

5年以上实地销售经验,有可证明的销售业绩;

 

3、Identify with the Company’s values; comply with the Company’s regulations and policies; abide by the company’s code of conduct

认同公司企业价值,愿意遵守公司相关流程与行为准则;

 

4、Good experience and knowledge in Water/Waste Water treatment;

对水处理行业有较好的了解

 

4、Innovative and clear thinking; Ability to articulate customer needs;

能够快速清晰理清出客户需求

 

5、Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills;

很好的沟通能力、交际能力、展示能力、谈判能力

 

6、Proved or demonstrated continuous performance in past years is a plus;

以往的良好业绩

 

7、Frequent Travel is required as business need;

能够适应经常出差
